I was just wondering if any of you ladies, are taking supplements and what kind of? Beside protein. I know there is some much stuff in the market that I don't know witch one is good any more.
I read in the magazine about beta-alanine with this your can quickly improve your performance and add lean muscle.Take 6 gr in two divide doses pre- and post workout per day for three weeks. After that take 3 gr pre-or post workout for maintenance. Not bad ah.
Is there some one taking something that really work and you believe that is the best?
I wanted to try some thing new, so please let me know.
