My alarm went off to get up and workout but I rolled over Then I heard little feet....so now I am up I was debating taking a rest day but I guess not.
The shower was nice last night. It wasn't to late but b/c we were at my SIL's we were in no rush to get home. I had a couple glasses of wine and I was in bed before 12.
My plan is to do CC# 8. This will be my last week of heavy training. Next week will be lighter, shorter runs and probably some UB work.
Jen** I hear ya on the rain! Its been raining here for days now and not just misty rain. It varies. Somedays it pours from the heavens. Im surprised people haven't had flooding in their basement again. There were also 3 car accidents on Fri as well....no doubt b/c of all the rain. Some people just don't know when to slow down. I hope everyone shows up to her babyshower, thats what she deserves for inviting so many people!!!
Wow, I had a rough night last night! LOL We went to DH's cousin's house. Him and his wife were hosting a dinner party. You see, DH's OTHER cousin's husband (yeah-it gets confusing! LOL) is starting a business where he would come into your home and cook you and your guests a meal as if you were in a restaurant. He has a menu to choose from and everything. It's meant to cater to the rich who like to host fancy shin-digs but don't want to do the work. The guy is an excellent cook so the food was fantastic! So anyway he is testing everything out on family/friends. All we had to do was pay for the cost of the food and show up and he did the rest. He wants to make sure everything is good before he begins advertising. Y'day he cooked for his biggest group yet. 11 of us. It took about 4 hours to get through the entire meal. Too long. He needs help for a bigger group but this is why he's doing this....so he can figure out the problems and fix them BEFORE he gets his first real customers! So anyway...back to the rough night. I was drinking wine....and lots of it! So much time to kill between courses. OMG. I don't feel too great right now. I am also bloated up from the wine and the food. Instant overnight 3# weight gain. Go me!
Today's work out will be one of my new weight vids. Hope I like it!
Well...todays workout was very uneventful! DS was up with me so I did 4DS should,bic,tri and abs. I was gonna get on the TM for a quick CC workout but I ran out of time. So I am planning on running tonight. I have to come back here for a flight @ 7:40. I may go home early to get my run in OR I may run tonight after I get home. The weather still sucks BIG time!!!

I woke up with a terrible headache this morning. It's been going on for about 3 days. I think its stress from work but am not sure.
I'm sitting in Jerod's old room on the floor because the other 2 computers are being used. Hopefully soon we'll have a desk in here but for now...i'm sitting on the floor looking down at my 23" monitor.
I didn't get anything done yesterday except for grocery shopping. Jerod wanted to go to competitve baseball tryouts for next year. I've mentioned before that he flip flops between competitive and rec baseball. He would be an awesome player if he stayed with competitive, he's still very good IMO, but has some catching up to do. They offer clinics all winter long that he may be going to.
I still have a ton to do today, but PCC, abs and recovery are on the agenda for this morning. I also want to preview the recovery week dvd.

Just finished KCM's 30 minutes to fitness muscle definition work out #2 plus abdominals. Me likey! The abs are tough stuff! I used the heaviest suggested weights meant for "advanced exercisers" for the main work out and I thought I was going to have to drop to a lower weight a few times! OUCHEES! There were also, however, a few exercises (mainly for back) that I probably could have gone heavier on but the work out itself is really good. I'm happy. I want to try and squeeze in some cardio today also if I can but that won't happen until later.
This head cold is getting the best of me today. I did PCC but felt pukey when having to bend down for the level 1 drills. I skipped the last round of them. Then I did Cardio abs and that was fine. I wasn't feeling up to doing CR but did AB Jam, standing abs which is always fun.
Apparently my spinning instructor called and we need to be there a few minutes early to weigh in and do bodyfat measurements. I was planning on blowing off spinning since I'm feeling pretty crappy. DH didn't know that and told her I would be there.
I'm going to look on craig's list or ebay for Shaun's ab jam w/o's. They look really fun to me.

D: 1 turkey sausage link on light whole wheat bread w/deli mustard, salad of greens and veggies w/light honey mustard dressing
S: YTBD but will be about 100 calories of SOMETHING.
Macro breakdown not including final snack:
Cals: 1459/ Carbs: 160g (42.6%)/ Fat: 54g (32.4%)/ Protein: 94g (25%)
Final calories should be around 1550 and I will aim for something low fat to bring fat intake down closer to 30% which is what I aim for these days.
I ended up going to spin class and it was another goodie today. I am finally starting to build up some endurance for cycling. We only actually spin for about 40-45 minutes. I was down 1# from the first day of spin class. It would've been better but we ate out twice yesterday. One was Mexican food for lunch from a local restaurant, the other was a store bought sub...tons of bread and not much else. I'm back on track with WW today though so I'm starting off the week on the right note.
My head is still killing me. I'm almost afraid it could be a sinus infection because I feel so terrible. Crossing my fingers it's just a nasty head cold.
I have an early meeting tomorrow..not sure what I will do but am leaning towards muscle max or another total body workout. I need to hit the weights this week.
Wendy-where do find sweet potato chips...they sound delicious. I love sweet potatoes, sweet potato fries, so chips would be good too. Had another Cathe friend recommend the KCM 30 min to fitness workouts.
Jen-I thought you were following Shaun's nutrition program. How's that going for you. It's pretty easy for me since I already eat that way. The hardest part for me is the chocolate addiction I have and trying to limit myself.
