Is it really true that no one in our group has checked in today? I sure didn't see a thread.

Chris, how was the walk? I'll bet you had a great day! Nice that you had yesterday off. I guess it would have been impossible otherwise!

I'm feeling much better -- sore shoulder done -- elbow mostly healed. I did SS Shape it Up today -- a full body that intersperses core work between upper and lower, though I'm not that fond of her core work! Yes, I have a rotation sort of set for the next week or so, so I'm feeling good about that. I didn't put much more together because I'm hoping to schedule some time with a kettlebell person to make sure I have good form before I do much of that. The couple of times I've done it I had some funny "pops" happen, and I'm just paranoid about bad form and injuries, so I'm trying to hook up with Tracy Reifkind for a session. If I can get that scheduled, I'll schedule more workouts with some kettlebells in there. I must say though -- I'm way more inclined to do total body after reading that article.

Hey beth -- sorry for the no checkin...been one of those emotional rollercoaster weekends. But today is better with good calorie burns and it seems that I have indeed lost a couple pounds but I'm not counting it real until it stays that way for a month. :) I'm glad that your elbow is better and that you're getting through more workouts in. Remember to play with the DOGGIE! :)
