My son has suffered with palmer hyperhydrosis for years. He is 23 y.o. and avoids social situations where there may be contact. Imagine meeting someone and not being able to shake hands, avoiding handling paper documents at work, he recently met a great young lady and wont hold her hand because of the condition.
He now wants to have the only surgical procedure known to help with this condition. The surgery is risky and has complications associated. I guess that is true of all surgeries. I've done some internet research on the medical center, the condition and reviews of patients. I even emailed some folks that left testimonials on the medical center website. I've only heard back from one person and he said the surgery was life altering for his daughter, the best thing she ever did.
I was wondering if anyone on these forums knows someone that either has this condition or has had the corrective surgery. I'd like to connect to hear their story/results.
Thanks for letting me share.
Carmen.
