Morning ladies!!
Goodness, it is early!! We had snow last night, so I got up and left early for work this morning, because people normally forgot how to drive, even if it is just a flurry. We got about 3 inches last night, and traffice was FLYING this morning. This is good, but why coudn't they have done that winter? So I am about an hour early to work this morning. Better safe than sorry, but I sure am sleepy. I am 2 coffees in and working on a Diet Coke. Plus, breakfast came awful early, hopefully the tummy rumblies will stay away til break time.
I did LowMax on Sat. I've always used 1 riser for this and the med ball for the intervals, even though Cathe says to bump up to 2 risers if you normally use 1. I learned it on 1 riser, and I do all my step on 6 inches, so that is how I've always done it. I changed it up on Sat and used 2 risers and no med ball. What a difference those 2 inches make!!!! Normally, LowMax is just ok, kinda long in a boring way. This time it was long in a I'm tired and want to be done way! When you raise the step up 2 inches it really makes a difference in the sqauts and lunges. Yesterday I did CC V5, wasn't feelin' the exercising yesterday morning - it was gray, cold and dreary, but once I got started I rocked it.
Not sure what is on tap for this evening, I know I have to do LaundryMax, and perhaps IronMax - uck! And I still do abs during rest week. So maybe a short cardio from 4DS, while the wash is washing, then I can do abs and iron. Perhaps someday I will have washboard abs, and can kill 2 birds with one stone
I am also near the end of a cross stitch project I am working on, and if I keep at it, I can finish this week, so I am trying to make time every evening this week to work on that. Most of the work gets done on the weekend. Spent quite a bit of time on the corner of my couch yesterday working on it, and got quite a bit done. Watched "Bolt" with DS while I was doing it. Cute movie.
