STS Check-IN

Hi All,

For those who want to check in and watch our progress together. I did STS Disc 1 yesterday and LOVE IT! So important to do those 1 reps. Love the print sheets for each disc so you know what weights to grab.

I am doing Rhythmic Step today for my cardio.

I was hoping for an STS check in . I did disc 1 on Saturday. Those pushups were tough! However, I thought my chest would be sore but I am sore under my arms ( lats). I also did med ball abs which weren't hard. I did not use a heavy enough ball, so I am going to get a heavier med ball today and some sliding discs at Dick's. I am going to the gym to do cardio today. Tomorrow will be another STS day.

My goal: to lose 18-22 lbs during this rotation.

I took measurements and BF % and I will take pictures today. I will probably take pictures and measurements after every mesocycle. My scale does BF, so I will do BF every week. Maybe if I get my eating under control, I will post before and after for every mesocycle.

oh my God....I know what you mean about those push-ups....which are not my favorite to begin with. I think by the time STS is completely over I will start to like them....I hope :p

Hi everyone!!!
I plan on starting tonight...I wanted to start yesterday but did not finish 1RM's til Saturday
I keep hearing about all the pushups...now I am scared!!! LOL
I am fighting baby weight (he is almost 2) weight won't come off :() hopefully this will do the trick!!!!
