I am posting this under the STS Forum as well but I don't know how many people are there if they have completed STS already.
I am getting ready to start STS as soon as I do all of the 1 RPM's. So my question is this......now that you have completed STS, what would you have liked someone to tell you before you started the program?
For instance, I went on the Road Trip last year and someone had posted a "helpful hints" thread from people who had previously gone. I followed so many of those tips and am so glad I did. So, same thing here. What advice can you give me before starting the program?
