STS 3 Series

Hi Everyone,

We asked for STS 2 and We finally had it as a series years after.

I would like to have a STS 3:D
It would be a small series compared to the original STS.

For lifting part I would like below split:

  • a anterior chain split on a total format using a specific training technique. Chosen by Cathe
  • a posterior chain split on a total format using a specific training technique. Chosen by Cathe
  • a single-muscle/body split or a two-body/muscle split. like Biceps and Glutes split, a free download offered to calendar customers.
  • Bonus, Hiit low and high impact, mobility and pilates/yoga.
  • Bonus weight lifting one quad-bonus and one glute-bonus.
What do you ladies and gents think of this suggestion?

Will we ever run out of suggestions as far as lifting is concerned lol;):):D
