I read 2 of Jillian Michaels books. In winning by losing, Jillian suggests staggering your calorie intake, while in Making the Cut she advises consuming your BMR intake, no more, no less.
I'm wondering why the difference in approach? I'm thinking perhaps Making the Cut is for when you want to lean out and maybe don't have that much to lose, whereas the other book might be for general weight loss. But I'm just guessing as both books are marketed as exercise/diet plans for losing weight. I don't understand why the recommendation is different.
Any ideas on Jillian's view or caloric intake in general?
