ss-10-16 for most with biceps being 26 for upper body-lower I have never counted but my guess is 30 something for squats and 24 for lunges a rough guess(she does bonus reps)

rotor cuff 16(this one seems wrong to me but that is what is written)

1 arm row 12

dips (I think it is)12 super slow or maybe 8

again lower I didn't count but I think 36 for squats 16 for the rest of the lower(not sure)
this is pretty close altho not exact:D
