Son and P90X

I have never had anyone that wanted to work out with me. I purchased P90X a few years ago but have been injury plagued since then. (Which is why I didn't buy STS.) Well, this week my 21 year old wanted me to do P90X with him. We have been working out together and having a ball. I find the first disc of P90X difficult with the pull ups and push ups, but the rest is quite doable. My son has been shocked by my ability to finish the workouts. I told him that's because I have worked out with Cathe all these years.

If only I had purchased STS, I would have had someone to work out with. I would have spent the time doing Cathe instead of P90X.

I don't have children, but I think it totally rocks that your 21-year-old son works out with you, and is impressed at your ability to finish the P90X workouts. Children of any age are notoriously hard to impress!

Hopefully you will be in a position soon to get STS, and can shock your son all over again!
