Hi Cathe! I happened to have caught your post about wanting to film again in the Fall. If that's so, I hope you take some of my suggestions.
First of all I wouldn't want another "series." I personally have so many of my past wishes that were granted from you. You came through for me w/Supersets, Pyramid, Slow & Heavy & the latest Hardcore.
Here are my suggestions:
Creating a hi-lo combo & then a low impact combo workout. Putting together a hi-lo segment & then a low impact segment alternating between the 2. The premixes could be all hi-lo & the other one would be all low impact.
Kickboxing but no blasts this time just a "pure" kickboxing workout.
An all step workout
I would like to see you do something entirely out of the norm for you w/strength training. For example:
Do a chest press followed immediately with a back exercise (one arm row) & then do another chest exercise (chest fly) alternating. Work 2 rounds like this & then rest a little bit before going onto the next 3 exercises. Keep going in this type of pattern until you've completed all 12 exercises. You could also put a bonus: 3 more exercises making it 15 altogether for 2 rounds at the end perhaps using the resistance band. There could be diamond pushups, wide pushups + the regular ones, side by side alternating pushups, etc. You've always done 3 exercises working the muscles to exhaustion so this time around I'd like to see something entirely different. I do hope you'll consider this or if not this time around, keeping it on a back burner for the next time.
I have no idea what you could come up w/for legs; but if I know you, you'll still come up with something spectular!!
Thanks so much for letting me voice my suggestions.
PS: Good luck on the opening of the new gym!!
Kathy
