Good morning everybody! I have a question about Smoothies. There is a gym close to my house that opens as I leave for work. I get really bored w/breakfast but this place makes all kinds of smoothies. Check this one out and tell me what you think: It's called Tuti-Fruiti - raspberry juice, strawberries, blueberries and bananas, protein powder and fat stripper blend (blend of herbs and supplements). I need to check and see what kind of herbs and supplements, but what does this sound like for an occasional breakfast?:9
