slow cooker minestrone-help!

ok. i've made this before. after 5 hrs you add in the kale and 1/2 cup dry red wine.after 2-3 hrs add in 1/3 c pasta. cook 30 more minutes. i made a mistake! i added in the wine,kale,and pasta at the same time.will the pasta be over cooked if i cook it 2-3 hrs? or,if i only cook it 30 minutes will the wine be cooked in enough that i wont be sick? the slow cooker is set on low. please help. it smells so good.

Yes, the pasta will be overcooked in 2-3 hours.

The wine should be fine only simmered for 30 minutes. I usually add red wine when I make a tomato sauce and only simmer it for 30 or so minutes after...and I've never had a problem with it yet...hic. :D
