I'm trying to lose 5 pounds in time for a vaction in early March. I realize I might not lose "real" pounds but I'm desperate. I've been working out and trying to eat better but am not seeing results (plus, it's Girl Scout cookie time!).
Has anyone done the South Beach Diet? Phase 1 sounds too restrictive so I was wondering if I'd still get results if I skipped to phase 2?
