Six day weight training using one body part per day.

To get the muscles more confused and truly work hard on one body part per day and using weights to muscle failure.

Just An Example:

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Triceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Back
Day 6: Biceps
Day 7: Rest

Also would need to have cardio at least 6 or more hours after your weight training workout.

Example: 40-60 minutes not necessarily in this order.

Day 1: Kick box
Day 2: Steps
Day 3: Martial Arts
Day 4: Aerobics on the floor
Day 5: Treadmill
Day 6: Boxing, Yoga or stretching, depends how you feel
Day 7: Rest

Or perhaps every other day for cardio.

The idea is to die young as late as possible.
 
Just wanted to clarify a little more. When doing a body part for each day, we would at least use 4 different kinds of exercises for each body part and use only 8-10 reps, to build muscle.
