I love CAthe workouts, but rarely have time to do them due to time constraints. I would like a CTX like series of 4 to 6 workouts, each with abs, and that focused on a different set of bodyparts each day. Ideally, I would love the workouts to have both cardio and weights, and to take no more than 30 minutes to do. This would be great if you could do this for working Mothers who have small children who have no time to excersize.
