<--- 's BP is sky high every time she goes to the doctor but is good at home (is starting to become hypertensive--BP runs in the high normal to low elevated range)
<--- suggests an Omron Automatic BP monitor
<--- will look up which model she has tomorrow
<--- says they're not very expensive and it's a good idea to keep tabs on it at home

<---takes frequently due to pain in the neck form cervical arthritis, which grandma had

<--- says she started taking Ibuprofen around the clock last night and her back feels better tonight. <--- is just getting ready to take it again
<--- says she also has OA and that is what caused her herniated cervical disc and probably what's causing her current low back pain (also a gift from mommy)
<--- is also happy with her cholesterol levels and had her first normal readings ever last month
<--- is going to look up the Omron model # and will be right back

<---is just trying to keep <---'s head from spinning from DS with asthma/allergies/reflux, DS with FAS/ADHD/Bipolar/growth deficiencies/food allergies, DS with CP/HFA/pending surgeries, and so-called normal DS who is grown up and hundreds of miles away, and <---'s own stupid stuff and and and...and DH who does not take care of himself well enough due to everyone else's crap...and DH still makes <---feel like a spoiled princess...and loves DH so much...
<---does not mean to complain because <---loves life and family and everyone and <---'s life and knows it is all small on the scheme of "what could be"
<---says and then there's the "turkey baster" incident
