<--saw the Myoptics store owner as he was locking up
<--asked him if <-- could have a week to try to get used to the glasses and he said "yes, and there won't be any charge if you need new glasses"
<--feels relieved
<--still can't decide whether her vision is what it's supposed to be, but now has a week to decide
<--had a fun time at Arrojo, as usual
<--says they're all so fun and uber talented at that place!
<--is glad that S&S are having a good time at Robinella's place

ETA:<--says DT met me at Arrojo and took some pics with his new camera
<--will be posting the pics soon just for the fun of it

<--is a fan of rimless, as all of <--'s glasses are rimless
<--tells Nance that <-- thinks the new glasses make her look younger
<--says when <-- worked for the optician it was not uncommon for peeps to not be able to see out of their new eyeglasses
<--further states that the company backed up their eyeglasses 100% and all companies should do the same
<--says it took <-- 3 weeks to adapt to her progressive lenses
<--encourages Nance to return her glasses if she doesn't adapt after this week
<--knows that there is a difference between the lenscrafters vs the private opticians
<--will always shop at a private optician as the quality/technology is better
<--says sometimes it is as simple as an eyeglass adjustment
<--also says sometimes it takes a vision recheck
<--says lenscrafters, sears, walmarts...use generic labs and lens materials/technology
<--has said too much and apologizes but knows the importance of quality lenses
 
<--says Tammy, you really helped A LOT!! :D
<--feels much better about going to an expensive private optician :D
<--tells Tammy that this prescription is almost the same as the old one, and both pairs are progressive, so there shouldn't be much adjustment
<--thinks the problem is that the north-south measurement of the lens is shorter on the new glasses, which means less middle range to see out of
<--can see everything clearly except this computer screen :(
<--says that will be a problem for <--, because she spends the whole day in front of the computer
<--will give it a few more days before giving up

<--got to work with the cinnamon rolls and was immediately sent home because there were not enough patients

<--hopes that the glasses/vision thing gets worked out, though
