salmonella?

I had to return a Clif bar that was recalled. However, before that happened, I was really sick for a few days a couple of weeks ago with stomach cramps and nausea - and that still strikes - like yesterday when I had huge stomach pains for hours. I eat Clif bars regularly, so I'm kinda wonderin' if just maybe I had a touch of salmonella from one I ate before I heard about the recall.

Oh no, I hope you are feeling better now, there is a stomach bug working it's way around, but that only lasts a few days and according to the article, Salmonella symptoms can hang around for a couple of weeks. This article has a lot of good info about when or even if to see a doctor, and the best way to treat it.

I have no advice, just lots of sympathy! I've had food poisening a couple of times and it's NO FUN! I hope all your symptoms pass soon.
