What?!?!
I started a S&H rotation today. I did BC cardio only (kicked my butt!), then did S&H Legs & Shoulders. Skipped the pre-exhaust & went right into squats. 53lbs for first 2 sets, then upped it to 63lbs for the last set. I was able to finish it, but had to have my DD go get my DH to get the bb back off of my shoulders since I was feeling light-headed. Decided to sit for a few minutes then go into shoulders.
After I finished shoulders, I backed up to S&H lunges, grabbed my bb without thinking and did all four sets before realizing that I didn't take any weight off the bb like I had planned!
And I didn't even have to call my DH to help me get it off my shoulders!
I feel like SUPER WOMAN!!!!
My legs, however, feel like jello!
