Hi all,
I went on Zappos website just for the heck of it and saw that they had the Ryka Enlight II's back in my size! ( usual price free shipping), Anyway, I ordered them, but at the end, did not know how to change the shipping address to my husband's office ( where I have everything shipped!). After I rec'd my order confirmation, I e-mailed their customer service link asking them to change the shipping address. To my surprise, about 10 minutes later, I got a response saying that they changed the shipping address as I requested and upgraded my shipping to 2 day express at no extra charge!
WOW, that's what I call customer service, and at 6:00 pm on a Saturday night..
