I have 8 weeks to train before my half marathon (November 4). I was wondering if Cathe or any runners on this forum can make some rotation incorporating the new series. I run 2-3 times a week with long run on Saturday. Thanks.
Yes I've been training, I do exercise 6d/wk 3 days of strength, 4 days cardio. My rotation this wk will be like these:
Sun: High reps
Mon: HiiT + 20 mins run
Tues: Drill max
Wed: Run 5-6 miles
Thurs: MIS upper only + abs
Fri: rest
Sat: long run 9-10 miles
