I usually run for cardio and do Cathe for weights. But I did buy STS Cardio and am starting to use it - and love it! I've been using my running shoes - a bit of a "no no" for sure. I have stability shoes for my pronation, so in addition to breaking down the cushioning, they also feel really bulky for Cathe's stuff. What shoes do you get for other cardio? I'm hoping I don't need to drop $100 on these shoes like I do with running.
