Rotation Advice

I am planning on doing 3 rotations for the 12-week challenge. My problem area is my lower body so right now I"m doing the April rotation (lower body bonanza).

The other 2 rotations that I would like to do are Upper Body Bliss and Butts & Gutts.

Would you recommend that I stick with lower body and go right to Butts & Gutts when I finish this lower body rotation or should I start upper body and go back to lower body after I finish upper body.

I've never completed a rotation so I really would like some of your expert advice. Thanks! :)

This is not expert advice here but....

If it were me I would split up the lower body rotations and put the u/b one in between.

I think it would be a good break for you l/b and keep your body guessing a bit more. You can always add in a bit of extra l/b work to the u/b rotation if you wanted to.
