I think if you look at them as something that will get you moving on a day that you're inclined to just veg, it's a "Yes!" If you look at them as a way to lose a lot of weight and get abs of steel, I think it's a "No." Personally, I think any workout that encourages me to get off the computer and do something physically active is a good thing. They don't all have to be puke-in-a-bucket tough! If you want a cheaper dance-y type workout, I've read good things about Carlos Arias recent CIA video. I have to look for the youtube clip of it now. Collage doesn't list it.
