Rising Gas Prices... Yet again.

I know there's a recent post about this, but my jaw hit the floor when I heard about this on the news. Here's an article is anyone's interested.

Now would be a great time for super smart people to come up with something! (I am not one of those super smarties ;) )

There was a professor at Purdue that was developing a way to run cars w/ water. Has anyone else heard of this? He was on the news a year ago or so and I haven't heard anything since.

I haven't heard of using water, but I did see someone on the news that is using old grease from restrauants. He filters all the "bad" stuff out so that the grease is "clean". I can't remember how long he's been doing this. I do know that he had to get a couple parts for his car which was around $2,000, but even with fixing up his truck he's already saved money.

I watched Bush's speech this morning - part of it anyway - and he was talking about how horrible the gas prices are for working people. Considering that he comes from an oil family I must say it was a bit like watching the fox mention the tragic murders last night in the hen house...:p
