Results - when? need your opinions

Hi All!

When you do a rotation when do you see results from it - while you are doing it or 2 - 3 weeks later? For instance, I completed the Jan 06 rotation and the first week I seemed to swell with all the impact. I heard people say to give it a few weeks. So, just curious what you all have noticed.

When you lift heavy your muscles do "swell" temporarily, at least that has been my experience. I think to really notice results you have to stick to a program for at least 4-6 weeks.
 
Thanks! Curious if results I see now are from current rotation or last month's. Not sure if results show right away or in a week or two?

Hi,

I'm doing the June '06 rotation and I've seen and felt results after the first week. I have to qualify that by saying that I'm a long time exerciser and I've been working legs 2x per week for what seems like forever. I think the 3x was just what I needed to really see some extra changes. JMO.

I did just before this do a four week rotation using GS upper and lifted heavy and I saw increases weekly also, but I worked really hard at it. focusing on strength and using only 8-10 reps.

As always, diet is key.
