I noticed there is no rest week here too, which I found somewhat surprising. I thought I might take one, but I am going to wait and see how I feel. I just started Week 3 today, and so far so good. I may want one just to mix it up a little bit. I still workout on my rest week, I'll just be doing Les Mills Body Combat, since I got that right before XTrain came out. I'll probably try to tackle HC Volume 1 again too.
Atompki1, do you work out during your rest week at all, or do you take a full week off?
