Yep, you never know when your bonus fitness equipment will come in handy! Yesterday I didn't feel like hoisting a heavy barbell over my head for my leg work, but I also didn't want to hold heavy dumbbells. So, I compromised by using my Cathe 20lb weighted vest with moderately heavy dumbbells. I don't use my weighted vest that much, but I love it and it made the workout more fun because it just felt different (which is always a good thing when doing a LEG workout!).
