Question way out of left field

I got a call this morning at 6AM that showed up on my Caller ID as "Blocked Call." How do you set that up? Does that mean the caller has an unlisted number, or that they are blocking their identity for just your call?

Edited to add: I just answered my own question with the good old phone book. You just dial *67 from a touchtone phone before each call you want blocked. There's no charge, and it's called Per Call Blocking.

I think they are blocking their identity. I remember once a while back where I think to block a call you had to do something with dialing #82. I think an unlisted number shows up differently like maybe "unknown number".
