I'm in the middle of trying to create my next rotation. I want to use the S & H series. I also just bought all of the Powerstrike videos (you guys are great for giving me excuses to spend money
) and want to incorporate those as well. For those of you with experience with both of these workouts, do you think it would be too much on my shoulders to do S & H Shoulders one day and then a powerstrike the next day???
