Question about Cathe workout/DVD

My question is which workouts have where you place weights on the floor then you start on at one side of the room and you run to grab a weight and put it at the end, then repeat like three times then you run and put the weights back on the floor? Also, the workout where you lay your resistance band flat and straight on the floor and you jump over it? Also, another running drill where you grab a weight and run and place it at the other side of the room and run back?
When I did Drill Max tonight, I wondered where these were at. Maybe, 4DS Bootcamp? Thought there was another one. Please help. Thanks.

PS-Sorry, wrong forum but very curious about this. It was fun and reminded me when I was younger.
