Pure Strength is quite the sneaky little beast

Just had to share that I'm experiencing my worst DOMS to date from the Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's workout I did yesterday. After completing it I was shocked at how short it was in comparison to many of her others, but WOW...that little bugger gets right in there doesn't itx( x( x( !! My shoulders and chest are especially fried!! Just thought I'd share :D :D .

Hey Deni,

I did pure strength yesterday and yes I am feeling the DOMS also. The workout is shorter and it also adds a good variety also. It comes off sweet and then becomes a killer!
 
I love this. However, I do pause BTW sets & I try to add another set when I can. I had been reaching for this lately, before my vacation.

Even her older stuff is great!
 
Shelley...I would most certainly recommend this workout. I have Back and Bi's scheduled for tomorrow so I'm eager to see if this one's just as effective. I'll let you know!! I'm alternating weeks between the PS's with the SH's...and I have to say they compliment each other quite well. As SH is...well SLOW...I'm quick I know ;), and PS is much faster paced yet still strength oriented. I'm hoping the combo will bring me some decent results.
