Just had to share that I'm experiencing my worst DOMS to date from the Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's workout I did yesterday. After completing it I was shocked at how short it was in comparison to many of her others, but WOW...that little bugger gets right in there doesn't itx( x( x( !! My shoulders and chest are especially fried!! Just thought I'd share
