Hello Cathe,
I have most of your DVDs and it seems to me that you have a lot of cardio and weight combinations or just weight workouts. I would like to see shorter workouts (less than one hour) and more pure cardio workouts without slipping the weight training in. I find that when I want some variety from doing the few pure step/floor/kick box workouts I have to do parts of cardio workouts and omit the weights portion of them (like SJP for example). I do like the weight workouts and use them, that being said, there seems to be a departure from your earlier cardio workouts to more weight/cardio hybrids.
As for time, I don't have time to do 60+ minute workouts, even some 'time strapped' workouts like CTX are over an hour. I have the Timesaver DVD too but there are only so many ways you can repeat the cardio segments without the workout getting repetitious.
Maybe a Pure Cardio Series in the likeness of the Pure Strength Series would be a welcome change?
Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
Donna
