Protein Powder=Consti.....

I think my protein powder is making constipated.

Does anybody have any idea's on what to eat after workouts especially with weight workouts that has the good amount of carbs/protein? After cardio sessions I usually have lowfat chocolate milk but Im not sure about weight workouts. I would normally have a protein shake made with water and a 1/2 cup of strawberries. It's regular whey vanilla protein powder but I dont think thats working for me anymore. I would really like some quick easy idea's ...
