Protein Pills

Hi,

Does anyone here use protein pills? If so, what are your thoughts on them? Do they make your have tummy trouble? What brand do you use? I've heard very little about them, but I'm curious.

I don't use protein pills, but I do drink protein shakes (more frequently now that I have that insanely-delicious BSN Lean Dessert powder :9) and make an effort to have some protein with every meal.
