Here is a quickie recipe for protein pancakes.
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 cup slow or fast cook oatmeal
2-3 egg whites
dash of cinnamon, vanilla extract and sweetner like Splenda or agave nectar
Mix all together and place in a hot pan, cook for a few minutes each side, and there ya have it. Top with nothing or a little more agave nectar and "I cannot believe its not butter" spray.
You can also make it a more savory pancake and use tuna fish in place of the whey protein, add some salt and pepper and top with a little catsup.
