Procrastinating

I'm sitting here, it's 6am, and I am supposed to have started my workout by now. But I just don't want to do it. I have IMAX2 on schedule for the day, but the thought of the air jacks, tuck jumps and plie jacks are really turning me off today. I'm sleepy, and even my coffee didn't help very much. I've considered doing a different 60 min cardio, but none of them look very appealing to me today. I did Step Blast already this week, which is the workout that I usually do when I'm low on motivation. Any suggestions? Kick my butt into gear, please!!

But you have to do it quick, or I'm not going to have time to workout. I'm going to put on some workout gear and hope it works like a magic motivation suit.

Sandra - what about one of the SB/SKP premixes? I like the Cardio Circuit, which alternates the segments from SB with the hi/lo segments from SJP. It's lots of fun.

I always find that when I'm low on motivation, a little mish-mosh gets me going.

I'm sitting here trying to decide whether to work out now and get it over with, or wait until later when I'm less groggy:p

Hi Sandra...I agree with Shelley....SJP music always seems to get me smiling...:)..and I just love premixes...

Okay. The SB/SJP step/hi lo circuit it is!

Shelley- nothing clears a groggy head better than a good dose of cardio.

Carole- premixes are a hoot. Thanks for the suggestion.

Cheers,
Sandra

I have developed "procrastination" into a fine art form. I could probably use a full time butt kicker--lol! I hope you were able to get it in gear and get that workout done.

Harrah! Yes, I did it! It actually wasn't that bad, and despite my bad attitude, I found myself having an enjoyable time. I feel much better now. I also tacked on Muscle Endurance core work.

Just put your shoes on, Michele, and pick a workout with a good warm up. Promise yourself you can stop at the end of the workout, if you want to. Chances are you'll find yourself at the end of the workout before you know it.

Cheers,
Sandra
