Problems with my BOSU

Hello Everyone,

I was just wondering if any of you who own a Bosu have had any problems with the dome popping out of the black base? I have used mine maybe 10 times since I've owned it and it's happened 3 times now. I'm not sure what to do because I received it as a gift so I don't have a receipt or even the box anymore.

It's frustrating because I really like using it. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks in advance

I can't say that I've had that problem with mine, and I haven't seen it on the ones in the gym (which get a fair amount of use and abuse). Did you possibly over-inflate it?

You might try checking with BOSU customer service if there a known problem that can be addressed. I think there's some kind of warranty on these, but I don't know how long. Here's a link to customer service:

there may be too much air in the dome. i bet customer service is going to ask you about that. i think it is supposed to be a certain height. mine popped out and they emailed me instructions on how to put it back together. pretty easy.
