I have that gross cellulite under my butt ans its even worse when I bend over, it then goes diwn the back of my hamstrings. Was wondering how mant times a week I should work this area a week to get it toned up?
I am a runner and yes running has helped tone them up, I've got alot more that hasnt budged.i will have to give physique 57 a try, thats great progress in just a month
I actually have both sets, but I would get the first set, I think it's a little easier than the second. I think QVC has a slightly better price than the P57 site. Have fun! Those workouts get addicting
