It's me again, and no I don't know if I am pregante yet or not.Next week this time I should know though.
I have been thinking about working out while pregnate alot though and I was just wondering what everyone else does.
Right now, I really workout intensly.I run for 14-15kms 5x week and I have been trying to do weights 3 x.If I don't run,I will either take the day off or I may do Step.
I know that if and when I conceive my workout schedule will change and I also know that I will also have to ask my doc.But I was wondering what you ladies do? From what I have gathered, I know it is not wise to push yourself when you are pregnate or to feel uncomfortable.And I also know that we are more tired when pregante.With my first pregancy I stopped working out completely b/c I thought it was dangerous and I just listened to whatever advice my mom had.I was only 17 so she was right,right?
Anyway, just thought I would ask, what your workout schedules have changed to? Or what suggestions you have.Just in case, I want to prepare myself for what needs to be done in the future.
