P90 (Power 90) is a beginner/intermediate program. I've never tried it myself, but from what I've heard and seen, I wouldn't be interested because it would be the right level.
On the other hand, some 'follow-up' programs to P90 are more intermediate/advanced, and would be more appropriate, IMO, for a regular Cathe user.
The "crème de la crème" of Beachbody systems is P90X , an advanced program that focuses on muscle building and strength. I highly recommend it: it's the best overall program I've seen, and has given me the best upper body and core results ever (though lower body was not sufficient for me).
P90 Masters is in-between P90 and P90X, and has better lower body, IMO, as well as some good plyo and weight work. I enjoy all of the workouts except one (a 'core cardio' workout that has too much 'up-and-down' for my tastes).
Power Half Hour is also in-between P90 and P90X (and maybe just a tad above P90 Masters, or at about the same level). It's a series of 5 half-hour programs (Ab burner, thigh trimmer, bun shaper, arm toner---actually a very time-efficient and effective total upper body workout-- and stretch).
I have just seen Turbo Jam on infomercials, and tried two of the workouts in person, and participated in discussions about it. It's a combo of kickboxing/capoeria and dancey moves. It doesn't appeal to me personally, because it looks too out of control and "wiggle your hips'ish, and the form on the kickboxing annoys me (as well as the background exercisers that mug for the camera), but many people really enjoy it (it seems to be about 50-50 split between those who love it--and find it to be a 'party in a box'--and those who don't).
