Hey ladies!I hope everyone is having a good week. Got notification from SMN that my DVD is on the way. I just ordered the advanced one. I'm not sure if I'll like it though...seeing as I'm only doing cardio & abs nowadays.

Baby Justin is sleeping in my arms. Yahoo!!! He seems a bit fussy nowadays. Not sure why (teething?) Probably just a baby thing. I was able to workout today!! Praise God!! I did an entire workout while Justin napped! Yahoo! I'm so happy. In-laws will be here any minute & I wanted a good release this morning!!!!

BFing continues to go well (a real blessing), as is childcare situation. DH has taken over 2days/week now,so our childcare lady is watching him just 2 days/week + every other Saturday. DH is sooooo good with Justin. It's such a turn on to see your husband taking care of the kids, isn't it? Or is that just me?

Here's my workout week:
Sun: IMax Extreme cardio only (fastforwarded strength work)
Mon: off
Tue: Cardio Kicks--30 min
Wed: Extreme Intervals--30 min
Thurs: off
Fri: 3.5 mile walk w/kids (there were some garage sales we walked to)
Sat: Interval Express + Abs (did minimal medicine ball work, added core ab work instead)

I cannot believe that June is almost here! Jory's officially on summer break--which means Little League begins next week. This offically has marked the beginning of my running season in the past, we'll see what happens with little Justin. I would really like to do the 10K in July.)

Melanie, so glad to hear you are having a better week.
I agree with you watching my husband with Alexis is a turn on. Each morning I get woken up to hubby saying "elmo knows" as Alexis watches sesame street. I'd be angry at hubby for being loud at 6:30 am but he is so sweet with alexis in the morning as he tries to let me sleep. Like usual I forgot to write down my workouts but i'll try to remember. Alexis is going to see grandma and grandpa in NY on Thurs(hubby and I are going too), grandma won't believe how gron up she looks.

Workout week:
Sunday(my Maria day)-the gautlet+ extra triceps, biceps and shoulders from the viper +winsor pilates abs and lower body (really wanted to try these
Monday-Stepworks + PS abs from bba
Tues-supersets upper body blasts(2 sets) plus cardio from timesaver day 2
Wed.-PS legs/Abs
Thurs-Stepfit+PS abs
Friday-circuitmax
Sat-off-went yardsaling then on brother in laws boat

I look forward to checking in with you guys weekly! I am going to start Body for Life again! Wish me luck!! Is anyone else doing Body for Life?? That is what I need a check-in for; to keep me motivated and focused!! ;)

Hope you all had a great Memorial Weekend!!

Hi Sara! Welcome back! By the looks of things, it appears that you are all healed up and doing well. How's your little baby doing?
It's good to hear from you, excellent workout week!!!)

Thanks, Melanie!! It is so great to be here!! Makena is doing great! She is just such a little muffin!!! She has the same laid back disposition as her brother (they get that from their Dad, thank goodness;-))! The only time that she cries is when she is hungry. :9

Sara,
Its good to hear you are back exercising again. What a rotton postpartum experience you had, have you switched doctors yet? Welcome to the post partum group.

Hi shopaholic! It is good to be back!! :D I actually have my 6 week follow-up appointment on Thursday and I plan on letting her know just how I feel about the whole situation - after my exam, of course!!! }( Then I can switch doctors.

Hi everyone!

Sara good to have you here and good to see that you are feeling well enough to exercise. Let us know how your appoinment goes.

I love, love, love that my husband is so good with the kids. I grew up with a dad that was not a very good dad for a number of reasons, so I am always so greatful for my very good husband:).

My workout week was sketchy last week because I tweaked my shoulder and then my other shoulder and then my back (knee feels great, however). So needless to say, I am taking my rest week a week earlier than I had planned.

Wed--The Gauntlet
Thurs--KPC/L&G premix circuit (loved this--about 1hr and I was sweating buckets!)
Fri--The Viper
Sat--off
Sun--The Gauntlet again, but legs only
Mon--off
Tues--Scheduled rest day

Bardric has another cold and so is uncharacteristically crabby.

I have finally lost 30 lbs. Not sure how much left to lose poundage wise, but I do want to be smaller.

take care everyone
Maggie

Maggie, nice to hear from you! Sorry you've had such bad luck with all your injuries. I'm sure they'll be shortlived (as will Mr. B's cold). I'm fortunate that little Justin has not had a cold yet...but he does have a fussier disposition than Jory did. We're going to start him on some Zantac syrup & see if that will help with his discomfort.
Congrats on losing all that weight! I bet you look marvelous!!!!

Hi guys (gals), super late check in here (again).

Most of the family has a cold and I'm hoping that little Noah won't come down with it, but it's sort of inevitable.

Sunday - Arms and shoulders
Mon - Yoga
Tues - Legs and Back, trampoline 20 mins
Wed - KenpoX
Thursday - Stretch X
Friday - Chest and back
Saturday - Plyometrics
All P90X stuff.

I'm still loving this workout. As intense as it is, I'm amazed that I haven't had any back trouble. I have had back issues frequently in the past, but I think all the stretches he does in between help as well as the yoga and stretch days, which I don't usually care for, but now know are important.

Maggie, I owe you an email and just haven't got to it. I appreciated all your info on your curriculum!! Thanks a bunch.:7 :7 :7
