Hi everyone,
Shopaholic, in some ways, 5 kids is easier for me than one or two, because the older ones are very helpful. Going from one child to two was the most difficult adjustment, because I had a toddler and a baby at the same time. Now I have a baby and a toddler, but 3 big kids who do a number of chores I no longer have to do, such as dishes, folding and sorting laundry, mopping, cleaning the bathroom (I admit that "9 year old boy clean" is not as sparkling as it could be, but atleast I don't have to do it all the time anymore

). They also can snuggle the baby or entertain the toddler. Going from no children to one child was also difficult, because being so responsible for someone else's life was really foreign to me. Also, I never get everything done in a day that I could

, but I am determined to find time to exercise and a little computer time each day is a sort of a treat.
Welcome aboard Emy. I am not sure if the hip bones go back or not. It might depend on the woman. I have several friends who are very tiny even after children, then there is me...even if I do lose the weight, I think my hips are permenantly wider:-(.
Briee and Melanie and others--we look forward to having you on board!
take care everyone
Maggie
PS. Mr. Bardric smiled at us this week. Those tiny baby smiles are sooo cute. Just want to gobble him up:9
