Can anybody give me some suggestions for a post meal after one of cathe's intense cardio sessions (ex: Imax 2)? How about a weight work out? Thanks Lilly
I agree with Tneah (as usual). After working out (lifting) I go for protein - a bar, a shake, some oatmeal w/ protein powder and/or egg whites. After a cardio session, I get some electrolytes if it was tough, for one, and also have carbs, like oatmeal or toast w/ PB.
