Port St Lucie, Florida

My husband and I almost bought a house there several years ago in the Divosta section of the Traditions community. This was during the peak of the real estate boom. In retrospect, I am glad that we didn't as we probably would have paid too much. But, to answer your question - I think PSL is going to grow a lot in the next few years as people start migrating further out from Palm Beach county. We lived in West Palm for many years and only went to PSL a hand full of times, but it was always very friendly and more laid back than Palm Beach county. I think there are a lot of retirees there (as in Florida in general). Anyhow, I hope your sister likes it. There should be plenty for her to do if she is moving into an active adult community!
