please help me decide

i'm going to start a new rotation on monday and i'm having a hard time deciding between the following:
monday: chest 30 min and 30 min cardio
tuesday: legs 30 min, 30 min cardio and abs
wednesday: bis 15 min, tris 15 min, 30 min cardio
thursday: legs 30 min, shoulders, and 30 min cardio
friday: back 30 min, abs, 30 min cardio
sat and sunday: off

or.........

monday: chest and 45 min cardio
tuesday: legs (B&G, L&G, GS, or 4DS) and abs
wednesday: back and 45 min cardio
thursday:legs/shoulders/abs
friday: bis and tris; 45 min cardio
 
Hmmmm.... What are your goals?

I would lean more towards option 2, simply because that is how I prefer to do my cardio (fewer longer sessions instead of more frequent shorter sessions).
 
i'm just looking to lose those last 5lbs. other than that i'm happy with where i'm at. i was leaning toward the second one as well. thanks
