Personal Rotation Jan9

Hey girls,

Well I guess I will start off this morning. I didn't get accomplished what I wanted to in my rotation this weekend as everything tried to get in my way. I've got to get a hold of that! But at least it wasn't because I didn't want to. So here is another week.

Today is S&H chest and PH chest with coremax #1.

I'm starting another rotation without finishing the last one, but I'm so indecisive!:p

Hi Kim. You sound like me..indecesive! LOL That's okay as long as you continue to exercise, there's no rule that says you have to stick to a rotation at all!!!:)

Today is Tone It Up and 30 mins Cathe cardio. It will have to wait until nap time though as I didn't get up in time this morning...

Kim I don't know how many rotations I have done for 2 or 3 weeks then started a new one!
Indecesive is definatley one of my character traits too!

I am doing February 05' rotation. I stuck to it last week just missed an abs section. Today was MIC. My lower back is killing me. I don't know if I did something to it at work or if it's from PMS. I sure hope it goes away tho.

Hey Wendy! I ordered Firm It Up from the Slim series. I need a good freestyle leg workout. I was going to sleep in since I don't have work till tonight, but got up and got MIC over with. It's beautiful here so I'm going to go walking soon and hopefully walk this pain in my back off. Damn.

Kali - I've looked at that Feb rotation before and it is a real fat burner if I remember correctly.

Wendy - it looks like you are liking the Slim Series.

Kim - good job on keeping up with your exercise.

Day #1 of week #2 for the January rotation. I did my w/o earlier today when the computers were down at work. I just hope I can walk tomorrow!!

My gosh! My chest muscles are screaming and a Flaming!! Finished S&H chest and PH chest. I still have coremax1 to do, but I need a break! Will check back in when it is done.

Hey girls!

Oh Kali, Firm It Up is no joke, baby!!! That work out is da bomb!!! You WILL feel it! It's not FUN but it WORKS!!!

I did Step works section 1, Power Max section 2 and the cool down and stretch from Step Fit after I finished Tone It Up today.

Tomorrow is strictly a Cathe day....cardio, walking lunges and abs. Then on Wednesday it's Tear It Up and some Cathe cardio and my first rotation of the Slim Series will be complete. :)

Next week week I'm gonna do some Cathe u/b work because I don't want to lose my strength gains while doing SS so it will probably take me longer to get through the next rotation of SS. That's okay though. Mixing it up is always a GOOD thing, right? :)

Off to make dinner now!

Okay girls, I just finished coremax 1 and that makes my workout today complete! I am not looking forward to the soreness in my chest tomorrow!x(

Don't mind me, girls. I'm just kinda "thinking out loud" here.

This is what I'm thinking of doing with the Slim Series for the next several days once I finish up this week's rotation. I have 2 more days to go before the current one is done...

GS Legs Standing only + cardio
Shape It Up + walking lunges
GS Chest + cardio + abs
Firm It Up + walking lunges
GS Tri's + cardio + abs
Mix It Up + walking lunges
GS Back + cardio + abs
Tone It Up + walking lunges
GS Shoulders + cardio + abs
Tear It Up + walking lunges
GS Biceps + cardio + abs
GS Legs Floor only + cardio

Each line is a separate day and I will take a rest day after 6 days of exercise. My goal is to hit all muscles "Cathe Style" so that I can maintain my strength while doing the Slim Series. All of the SS series but Firm It Up involve upper body weight training endurance style. Do you think putting the GS series in between is too much even though it's only one body part every other day??? I don't want to overtrain!
