Yes Wendy I think it looks great. Firm it up and then walking lunges????? OH yes thank you for the wonderful endorsement you gave it too. I'm thinking of saying "return to sender" when it gets here. (Yeah right)
I am up and about to do MIS and powerwalk later. My back is feeling better. The more I move the better it feels so guess I'll keep moving!

Jane, KM AND LIS?? oh man, I don't have KM , but I hear it's a toughie withOUT adding step to it !!:eek:

I have no idea what I'm doing today. I'm trying to slowly work my way back after being ill......yesterday I did the cardio premix of cardio and weights and then the heavy u/b premix from C&W, and added a stretch. I think I'll do another stretching dvd today but don't know what else. Any ideas??

Well, I'll figure something out!:p

Becky!!! You'll do well again today, your w/o yesterday coming off a week of being sick was very good. I think it is a testament to how fit you are, you are bouncing back fast!

Hi Becky! Glad you're feeling better! I think I may have pulled a muscle at work the other day lifting a bathroom cabinet into a cart. I didn't feel anything then, but yesterday morning when I started doing MIC, I felt SOMETHING! Could be PMS related tho too. Never had backaches, but I also never got pimples all over my face either! And now at almost 36 I DO! Damn hormones.

Hope your're 100% soon!

Kali, OWWWW! Well, I'm glad you're feeling better today! Pulled muscles can sometimes linger..... Am glad yours seems better!:)

I really feel so much better! I just have to build back some endurance & strength before attempting this insanely tough Jan. rotation!!}( :p

Wow! My chest is so sore, but hey I would be worried if it wasn't! That workout definitely wasn't a joke!:p

Today is S&H back and PH back, possibly add some legs in there. Not quite sure on that. Getting a new washing machine tonight and will be busy with that.


Kali-I hope your back gets better soon.

Jane-Is the Jan.rotation as tough as it sounds?

I am done with my workout.
I ended up doing LIS, coremax #2, and stretching #3 .
I feel worked out and ready to go !!!
